Our return policy:
- If a shelf-stable item purchase is returned new and in original packaging within 15 days of delivery, we will refund your order total, less costs for shipping and handling each way and a 10% re-stocking fee.
- An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, the standard return policy applies.
- If you receive a damaged package, a claim must be filed with the carrier immediately.
- If the contents of a package arrive damaged or with items missing, please notify us ASAP or within 15 days and we will rectify the situation as necessary.
- All sales are final on "custom" orders.
